Quinn is from Washington state and has been studying political science at American University since fall 2023. He’s passionate about ranked-choice voting, which he advocated for in front of Washington State Representatives and Senators in 2022. He started working with the Task Force in winter 2023, and officially joined the Board in early 2024.

Quinn hopes the Task Force will protect democracy from authoritarian threats this coming election cycle and get as many Americans to vote as possible. Long-term Quinn hopes the Task Force can help to successfully advocate for campaign finance reform, and ranked choice voting across the country. Back home Quinn trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spent time as a local martial arts instructor.
